The $50B Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) is shaping up to be hyper competitive. Many states, including Alaska, are looking for healthcare organizations to share who they will partner with, how, and what benefits the collaboration has for rural health. Others, like Kansas, require awardees to be partners from the get go. Adam and Dr Fitzmaurice will be joined by Dr Jim Hamilton, an applicant to Alaska's $272M RHTP grant, to discuss: - Sourcing and qualifying the right partners for your program. - Why partnering should happen before AND after you apply. - How to approach partners, leverage existing relationships, and get Letters of Support. As Executive Director of Arctic Ministries, Dr Hamilton worked across dozens of rural, remote villages in Alaska, Northern Canada, and Far East Russia. Now Lead Mentor Coach at Department of Doing Good, Dr Hamilton has successfully built numerous partnerships with Tribal, School, and Religious partners in applying to the RHTP.

Applying for the Alaska Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) is a major milestone for any organization looking to improve healthcare access. We know that the process can feel daunting, especially when juggling various federal requirements.
