SOLUTION.

  • We analysed which states have a surplus of nurses, & are (arguably!) less-
    favorable places to live than North Carolina.
  • Our advertising campaign used a variety of social channels to target
    experienced nurses with an affinity to the NC area, focusing on the area’s beauty & proximity to the coast.
  • In collaboration with Vidant’s recruitment team, we created an ad campaign based upon their excellent re-location & site visit opportunities.
  • 100% of candidates were screened in under 60 seconds, then connected
    via calendar directly with a Vidant recruiter. Nurses who did not book into
    calendars were called within 24 hours & booked by us.
