1505 Re-Location Nurse Applications In 6 Months
CHALLENGE.
With 9 hospitals covering 29 NC counties, ECU Health always need nurses. But, there are simply not enough candidates in the region to fill all their positions. Travel nurses were too expensive; international sourcing is a long term play; Vidant needed qualified nurses from out of state to make up for the shortfall.
SOLUTION.
- We analysed which states have a surplus of nurses, & are (arguably!) less-
favorable places to live than North Carolina. - Our advertising campaign used a variety of social channels to target
experienced nurses with an affinity to the NC area, focusing on the area’s beauty & proximity to the coast. - In collaboration with Vidant’s recruitment team, we created an ad campaign based upon their excellent re-location & site visit opportunities.
- 100% of candidates were screened in under 60 seconds, then connected
via calendar directly with a Vidant recruiter. Nurses who did not book into
calendars were called within 24 hours & booked by us.
